NEW PATIENTS
Our office is staffed Monday - Friday, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. We are closed from 12 - 1 p.m. for lunch.

Appointments

Appointments with Dr. Simon, Dr. Peters and Dr. Boyd are available with a physician's referral or by calling our office at 330-332-7840.

Appointments with Dr. Simon are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Appointments with Dr. Peters are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Appointments with Dr. Boyd are available on Mondays and Wednesdays.

After Hours

If you need assistance after regular office hours, please contact your family physician.

Patients with a medical emergency should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
